OLEAMIDE

Oleamide, with a relative density of around 0.9 and a flash point of 210°C, is insoluble in water but fairly soluble in organic solvents such as ketones, esters, benzene, and turpentine. It is sparingly soluble in organic solvents like ethanol and ether. It has good compatibility with resins. It can form a monomolecular film on the surface of substances, providing properties such as smoothness, lubrication, mold release, anti-adhesion, anti-static, stain resistance, moisture resistance, anti-settling, and dispersion. Non-toxic, it can be used in food and pharmaceutical packaging materials according to US FDA regulations.

Purified by short-path molecular distillation, this product can be used as a lubricant, anti-static agent, and mold release agent for polyolefins and PVC plastics; as a dispersant for pigments, dyes, and carbon black; as an anti-blocking and leveling agent and smooth glossy agent for plastic surface-printed (composite) inks and PE thermoplastic coating powders; and as a lubricant and dispersant for color powders, color pastes, and masterbatches. Additionally, it can be used as a protective film for metals and as a metal surface lubricant.
