폴리염화비닐은 비결정성 고분자로, 분자량에 따라 유리 전이 온도가 105-75°C입니다. 일반적인 플라스틱과 비교했을 때, 폴리염화비닐은 난연성과 자기 소화 특성을 가지고 있습니다. 화학적 저항성, 전기 절연성, 화학적 안정성 및 열가소성이 우수합니다. 물, 알코올, 휘발유에는 녹지 않으며, 물, 알코올, 휘발유에는 녹지 않습니다. 케톤 및 방향족 탄화수소는 팽창하거나 용해될 수 있습니다. 폴리염화비닐 수지는 외관이 흰색 비결정성 분말이며, 입자 크기는 60-250μm, 겉보기 밀도는 0.40-0.60g/ml, 0.5g 수지가 포함된 100ml 사이클로헥사논 희석 용액의 점도는 80-160ml/g이며, 실온에서 100g 수지는 20-30g의 가소제를 흡수합니다.
