Maydos PUR 핫멜트 접착제는 단일 성분의 습기 경화 접착제입니다.
이 제품은 가구 산업을 위한 친환경적이고, 비휘발성 유기화합물(VOC) 무첨가, 무취 제품으로, 밀도 보드, 원목, 알루미늄 판, PVC 보드 엣지 씰링 화합물 등에 널리 사용되며, 목재, 종이판, PVC, ABS 등 다양한 재료를 접착하는 데 적합합니다.
사용법:
Maydos 핫멜트 접착제는 용매가 없고, 열가소성이며, 상온에서 100% 고체 상태입니다. 간단한 냉각 과정을 통해 고체 상태를 달성하며, 다른 접착제들이 용매의 증발 또는 제거 과정을 통해 동일한 결과를 얻는 것과 비교됩니다. 그러나 높은 온도에서는 점도가 낮은 유체로 변하며 우수한 접착 특성을 가집니다. 핫멜트 접착제의 일반적인 작동 온도는 160°C에서 200°C 범위입니다.
