Product Overview

LNS-2502 is a modified acrylate copolymer antirust emulsion. It is made by special polymerization technology and chelating functional monomer polymerization, with excellent quick-drying performance and initial water resistance, good adhesion to metal substrate, high film density, excellent salt spray resistance, and excellent compatibility with antirust additives and antirust pigments.

Product Features

1. Excellent drying speed and initial water resistance.

2. Dense paint film, good weather resistance.

3. Drying process is not easy to produce flash rust phenomenon.

4. Excellent adhesion to metal substrates.

5. The gloss of white paint can reach 85--90%.

6. Salt water immersion test up to 148H hours without rust.

7. According to the national standard test salt spray resistance test up to 256 hours.

Color steel tiles, steel structure, scaffolding, automobile chassis, electromechanical equipment, etc.

Packaging specification

50 kg/barrel, 200 kg/barrel or 1000 kg/barrel.

This product should be stored at 5℃-35℃ and has an expiration date of 6 months.

Avoid direct sunlight and storage at excessively high or low temperatures.
