Product Overview

Flash rust inhibitor PU13 consists of a variety of organic compounds and is particularly suitable for polyurethane systems. It does not affect the activation period of the polyurethane system, has good compatibility with the paint system, does not affect the drying speed of the paint and the adhesion of the paint to the substrate, and does not affect the glossiness and water resistance performance of the paint film.

Product Characteristics

1.Can be quickly adsorbed on the metal substrate to form an insoluble polymer that coats the metal surface and inhibits flash rusting.

2.Lower addition amount, excellent flash rust prevention performance.

3.Is suitable for polyurethane system, epoxy system, alkyd system, acrylic system and so on.

Usage

1.It is recommended to be added at the final stage of waterborne paint preparation.

2.The recommended dosage for solving the flash rust problem is 0.5-2% of the total formula.

Storage & Transportation

Ideal temperature conditions: 0 to 30°C.

Exposure: Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.

Expiry date: 2 years in its original closed drum under the above storage conditions.

The color of the product may darken over time, but will not change its properties.
