Flash rust inhibitor CK203

Product introduction:

CK203 is a highly efficient and practical anti-flash rust agent, which does not contain nitrite, has a certain anti-flash rust effect on different substrates, has no effect on the adhesion and salt spray resistance of coatings, and does not affect the color of paint films. It is mainly used in water-based steel structure paint, water-based automotive paint, water-based mechanical and electrical coatings and other water-based coatings.

Product performance:

1. It can effectively inhibit the flash rust phenomenon in the drying process of coatings on iron substrates, and is suitable for a variety of substrates
2.  It contains organic compounds with surface activity. The molecules of these compounds are adsorbed on the metal surface with hydrophilic groups to form a dense hydrophobic film to protect the metal from corrosion.

4. It is suitable for different systems such as water-based acrylic acid and water-based alkyd resin.
