Flash Rust Inhibitor CK127 is formulated from organic compounds and polymers. It provides effective flash rust inhibition across various substrates, including iron, cast iron, carbon steel, and alloy steel. This product exhibits excellent compatibility with coating systems, does not affect drying speed or coating adhesion to substrates, and enhances the rust-preventive properties of coatings.

Product Characteristics: 
• Organic polymers chelate metal ions, forming a passivation film on metal surfaces to effectively prevent flash rusting.
• Contains polar groups that adsorb onto metal surface charges, forming a monolayer film to inhibit or slow corresponding electrochemical reactions.
• Delivers outstanding flash rust prevention at low addition levels.
• Nitrite-free formulation ensures environmental compatibility.
 Suitable for various systems including water-based acrylic and water-based alkyd coatings
Usage Instructions:
 Recommended for addition during the final stage of water-based paint preparation
Recommended dosage for addressing flash rust issues: 0.1-1% of total formulation
 Recommended dosage for inhibiting flash rust on welds, cast iron, and carbon steel: 1%-2%
